1 - How do I make a purchase?

2 - Do you have a physical store?
A: We do not have physical stores; our products can be purchased exclusively through our website: www.pepstor.com
3 - How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A: Our average delivery time is 15 to 20 business days, which may extend up to 50 business days. *Due to COVID-19 and protective measures, the average time may be extended as recent export and import protocols are in place to ensure consistency and safety as recommended by the World Health Organization.
4 - What are the payment options?
A: We accept payments via bank slip and credit card. The bank slip payment can be made at any bank branch, online, or at the nearest lottery house.
5 - Can I pay in installments by bank slip?
A: Installment payments are only available by credit card.
6 - Can I generate a second copy of the bank slip?
A: Yes! Keep an eye on your phone; if payment hasn't been made, we’ll send a link for you to generate a new bank slip with an updated date. You can also contact us to request a new bank slip.
7 - Where do the products come from?
A: Our suppliers are primarily from China, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
8 - Can I pick up my order in person?
A: No, all orders reach our customers through the Correios logistics service.
9 - Can I change my order, add more items, or change the delivery address?
A: We cannot alter order details after billing, so there is no way to change your order information.
10 - Is there a warranty?
A: We offer a 7-day warranty for all our products. Please see more information in the Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy section.
11 - I ordered multiple products in the same order but only received part of them. Is this normal? Will the other products be delivered?
A: This may happen, but don’t worry. Such situations occur when the chosen products come from different suppliers. If this happens, you will receive two different tracking codes so you can follow your orders.
12 - What if my delivery is delayed?
A: Don’t worry. We track your order to ensure it reaches your delivery address.
