Pepstor Refund Policy

Our primary commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you selected a product from Pepstor but upon receiving it found a manufacturing defect, we ensure your right to exchange or return according to the terms below:

1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.

2. Product with defect: Within 30 calendar days from receipt. (For defects such as damaged glass or display, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer has the right to activate the warranty if they contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the item and always send images of the received package. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse.)

Remember, the first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Service.

Our team will guide the customer on how to proceed with the product return.

For product returns due to dissatisfaction:

The product must be unused. For watches, the links should not have been removed for adjustment, and the product must be sent as it was received, in the original packaging (including postal packaging with label); otherwise, the refund or exchange will not be processed.

Once we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that all return conditions are met. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and you can choose between:

1. Exchanging for any other product available in our stock.

2. Receiving a refund of the amount spent on the products (we do not refund the shipping cost if the delivered product is the correct model and in perfect condition).

Warranty:

All Pepstor products have a 30-day warranty starting from the product receipt date.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) showing the problem. This video should also display the received package (including postal packaging with the label); showing the packaging in the video is essential.

The customer can also prove the defect by sending clear photos showing the defect, with the product packaging visible in the photo.

Note: Pepstor does not provide technical assistance and has no authorized service centers. For further questions, please contact our team, and we will provide the necessary support.

IMPORTANT:

Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damage occurring after the purchase, such as broken or cracked screens, among other similar issues.

The warranty also does not cover:

Fluid damage, such as dropping the product in water or submerging it. Although some products are water-resistant, certain limits must be respected for each product;

Damage caused by repair attempts or adaptations by the customer or third parties;

Improper accessory use;

Wear and tear due to normal usage, such as screen scratches, oxidation due to excessive uric acid, etc.;

Acceptable reduction in battery life;

Tests to check product resistance, such as tests for glass or water resistance, among others.
