Pepstor Shipping Policy
Products featured in our store are shipped by our international suppliers directly to the address provided at checkout upon completing the order.
Our "Free Shipping" option with a fixed cost of R$0.00 takes between 20 to 45 business days (after product shipment), depending on the location. Products are shipped within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation in our system. We guarantee a tracking code so customers can follow the progress of their order's delivery.
Note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, high demand periods at Correios (Brazilian Postal Service), or other factors beyond our control.
Taxed or Tariffed Products
Approximately 99% of orders placed in the store are delivered by Correios to the customer's requested address without additional charges. However, in rare cases, an order may be taxed by the Federal Revenue. In these cases, Correios sends a notice to the address registered at the time of purchase, informing the customer that the product has been taxed. The notice will request the package's pickup at the specified Correios agency, upon payment of the tax.
In such cases, we recommend the following procedure:
1.2 – Visit the Correios agency specified in the notice and pick up the package. We do not assume responsibility for any tax or fee refunds.
1.3 Postal Dispatch Fee
All purchases made in the store are international, shipped from our distribution center located outside Brazil, and are subject to this fee. As stated in section 1.2, this fee is the customer's full responsibility.
Payment Confirmation: After purchase, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days to complete, following the rules of the payment gateway and credit card providers.
Logistics Processing: You will receive your tracking code via the email and contact information provided at the time of purchase. The tracking code will be sent within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.
It's important to inspect the products upon delivery and refuse receipt if the packaging is in poor condition or shows signs of damage. In such cases, immediately notify our Customer Service.
Additionally, please note that products arriving in Brazil are processed at customs in Curitiba and then sent for delivery to their final destinations.
Deliveries are always made by Correios. However, in some cases, such as when the recipient is absent or if the delivery address is in a restricted area, Correios may leave a notice for the customer to pick up the products at the nearest agency.
If an order contains two or more products, they may be shipped separately, with a tracking code provided for each item.
Since these are international shipments, tracking information on the Correios website may take 5 to 20 business days to appear after the tracking code is provided. Any damage to products during transport is the responsibility of postal services.
The delivery address must be carefully reviewed by the buyer before purchase confirmation. If a product is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, it will be the customer's responsibility. In cases where Correios attempts delivery unsuccessfully, the product will be available at the agency for pickup. If not collected, it will be returned to the sender abroad.
Since this is an import service, all goods are subject to customs procedures and possible duties or taxes. Pepstor is not responsible for any additional costs (taxes, fees, or charges) added by the government to your order.
